The latest addition to the A&K Sanctuary fleet, Pure Amazon, has set sail on the waterways of the Pacaya-Samiria National Reserve in the Peruvian Amazon.

A&K Travel Group expects to take delivery of its new Peruvian Amazon riverboat in July,  LATTE can confirm. Speaking exclusively with LATTE earlier this month in Melbourne, Cristina Levis, CEO of Abercrombie & Kent Travel Group noted that there had been a “little delay” to the A&K Sanctuary vessel due to recent flooding in the Amazon that extended for several weeks.

Abercrombie & Kent has revealed further details of its new Peruvian Amazon riverboat, now known as Pure Amazon. Named for the pristine beauty and rich biodiversity of the Amazon River, A&K says Pure Amazon embodies the luxury travel company’s “commitment to sustainable exploration and authentic cultural immersion”.
