Conceived by architect and developer Jonathan Leitersdorf, the year-round destination offers a suite of amenities and programming, farm-to-table dining, music, art, sustainable fashion, culture, longevity and wellness.

The resortโ€™s flagship dining destination, HaSalon Ibiza, and full bar and restaurant offering, showcase the powers of organic, seasonal, and locally sourced ingredients in new and innovative ways. Master Chef Eyal Shani intends to revitalise Ibizaโ€™s energy for plant-based dining, harnessing the islandโ€™s natural abundance of ingredients โ€” from avocados to watermelons, oranges, lemons and Ibiza rock salt. The goal is for the food to do the talking. The open kitchen allows the guests to become part of Shaniโ€™s creative process as they gather at the 50-seat chefโ€™s table in the shade of 100-year-old olive trees. The Farmersโ€™ Market offers an authentic selection of natural and sustainable specialty items, from wood-fired pizzas to traditional coffees and treats. The Orchard is the propertyโ€™s most intimate dining venue that blends classic, local cuisine with Mexican-Peruvian cocktails. Live Cave, Twin Bar, and Farmacy Bar offer nourishing mixology experiences comprised of organic, made-to-order juices, elixirs, wines, and spirits.

The property is also home to the group’s wellness facility, the Six Senses Spa, while the Rose Bar offers a one-of-a-kind destination for impactful longevity programs, combining diagnostics with nutritional guidance and modern healing methods to optimise health and performance.

Rates at Six Senses Ibiza begin at โ‚ฌ750 for the hot season and โ‚ฌ390 for the cool season.
