Emerald Cruises pairs the Seychelles with safari

New 16-day itinerary unlocks Kenya’s game reserves and Nairobi

Emerald Cruises has introduced a new African safari component to its Seychelles deployment in late 2024/early 2025.

Operating from Nairobi to Mahรฉ, the new 16-day ‘Safari and Seychelles’ comprises seven nights in Kenya (six of which are on safari), married with seven nights aboard Emerald Azzurra, priced from $14,545 per person.

After an overnight in Nairobi, guests will have the opportunity to spot Africa’s ‘Big Five’ on multiple daily game drives, staying at Samburu Game Reserve (3 nights), Lake Nakuru (1) and the Maasai Mara (3).

Other highlights in Kenya include visits to the Giraffe Centre and Karen Blixen Museum in Nairobi, along with Sundowners at Lake Nakuru and being immersed in traditional culture during a visit to a Masai Mara village.

Guests next fly to the Seychelles (included) and following an overnight stay in Mahรฉ, board Emerald Azzurra and chart a course for Sainte Anne Channel. Over the next week aboard the 100-passenger superyacht, guests will explore Praslin Island, La Digue Island, Curoeuse Island and Aride Island and the eight islands of the Seychelles.

There are four departures of the new itinerary available aboard Emerald Azzurra scheduled for 21 and 28 December 2024, 4 January 2025 and 2 February 2025.
