Club Med recently welcomed 14 travel agents from across Australia to experience two of its popular Japan ski resorts โ€“ Club Med Tomamu and Club Med Sahoro.

The agents had the unique opportunity to see firsthand why Australians are increasingly drawn to Club Med’s premium ski vacations, with sales soaring by 107% for the 2025/2026 spring ski season.

The seven-night famil trip began with an in-depth business session led by Club Medโ€™s Business Development Managers, Adam Ferraro and Stephanie Ireland. The session covered the brandโ€™s global ski portfolio, product updates, and the latest trends in European travel, along with the highly anticipated Early Bird Sale 2026.

In addition, agents participated in a hands-on workshop focused on the Club Med for Travel Agents Portal, exploring exclusive tools and benefits through the Club Med Advantage Program. They were also introduced to Club Med Academy, the first eLearning platform launched in the Pacific.

General Manager for Club Med Pacific Michelle Davies said the famil offered the agents an exclusive, firsthand look at what makes Club Med a leader in ski holidays worldwide.

โ€œWith a remarkable 107% year-on-year sales increase and a 133% surge in new customers during the spring ski season, our Early Bird Sale 2026 results clearly show that Australians are more eager than ever for a ski escape,” she said. “This growing demand is likely driven by the ease of our all-inclusive offering and the added benefits of skiing during the shoulder season.”
