Nammos Hotels & Resorts expects to open its new ultra-luxury property in Saudi Arabia in the first half of 2026, CEO Carolyn Turnbull says. Speaking exclusively with LATTE at ILTM Cannes, Turnbull says she thrilled to heading up the hospitality brand as it embarks on a robust growth curve.

Turnbull is fully charged for the forthcoming expansion of the brand, whose legacy lies with an iconic beach club in Mykonos that was founded more than 20 years ago. The luxury dining and hospitality brand is owned by ADMO Lifestyle Holding which investing in the brands global expansion of restaurants, hotels and resorts.

Turnbull was handpicked to lead Nammos Hotels & Resorts (appointed to the Dubai-based role in July), building on her original roots in luxury hospitality where she worked with Aman for over a decade, leading the launch of several properties. “I’m enjoying the role thoroughly,” Turnbull told LATTE of her relocation to the United Arab Emirates to head the brand.

My vision is to further elevate the Nammos brand by creating ultra-luxury experiences designed to inspire joy and connection.

Building on the success of Nammos Dubai and two highly successful seasons of the first Nammos-branded resort in Mykonos, which features 26 rooms and suites plus three private villas on Psarou Beach, attention now turns to Nammos Resort AMAALA in Saudi Arabia.

Nammos Resort AMAALA, Red Sea

Part of the Red Sea Global project, Nammos Resort AMAALA will have 110 keys with ocean views and 20 branded residences with waterfront views of the AMAALA Marina and Corallium Marine Life Institute. The property features a luxury spa and state of the state-of-the-art fitness centre.

Located in the district of Triple Bay, AMAALA is forecast to offer 1,400 keys across eight hotels, along with three residential communities. Nammos is launching alongside many other fabled ultra-luxury hotel brands, including Rosewood, Four Seasons, Six Senses and Equinox. Nammos will also be the only resort at AMAALA that offers both Red Sea views and Marina views.

Though the specific date hasn’t been announced, Turnbull hinted at sometime between April and May 2026.

Nammos has an extensive pipeline of future projects, for both hotels and restaurants, including Nammos Resort Maldives which is slated to open in 2026. The Maldives resort features 48 keys, available as a combination of two-, three-, and four-bedroom villas, plus five-bedroom private villas.

Another project has been confirmed for Abu Dhabi. Elsewhere, Nammos is mulling opportunities in destinations across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.

“Destinations like Egypt are very interesting to us,” Turnbull said.

“And in Europe, if you think where the ultra-high-nett-worth individuals gravitate towards, they’re certainly priority markets for our pipeline of development.”
